Student Leadership, Service and Volunteerism to be Celebrated at Gardner-Webb

Students Honored at Dimensions on April 22

BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. – Gardner-Webb University has garnered a reputation as an exemplary institution in the area of community service and volunteerism.  Students that have consistently displayed exceptional leadership, service and volunteerism will be recognized during the weekly Dimensions program on Tuesday, April 22 at 9:25 in Stewart Hall, located in the Tucker Student Center.

“For a number of consecutive years, Gardner-Webb has been named to the President’s Community Service Honor Roll,” said Dr. Tracy Jessup, vice president for Christian Life and Service and senior minister to the University. “This Dimensions program recognizes many of our students who have given so much of their time and talents in service to others in keeping with our University motto, ‘For God and Humanity.’”

Gardner-Webb University’s Dimensions programs are free and open to the public. The goal of Dimensions is to enhance the spiritual, intellectual and cultural life at the University and also to promote a sense of community. Dimensions programs are held on Tuesday at 9:25 a.m. at Gardner-Webb.  More information is available by calling 704-406-4277.
