Ceremony Planned to Celebrate Conferring of Degrees

Gardner-Webb University students at CommencementBOILING SPRINGS, N.C.—Gardner-Webb University will award over 200 degrees during the 2018 Fall Commencement exercises on Saturday, Dec. 15, at 10 a.m. in Paul Porter Arena of the Lutz-Yelton Convocation Center, located on the campus of Gardner-Webb. Many students who have earned degrees will don their caps and gowns to celebrate their hard work.

The ceremony will honor students who have successfully completed undergraduate, degree completion, and graduate programs. Various students will participate in the commencement through prayer and scripture reading. Selected graduates will be honored with academic achievement awards.

The ceremonies will be available for viewing via Facebook Live at The University encourages attendees to use the hashtag #GWUGrad18 for social media posts including photos, tweets, and status updates.
