WGWG Mission Statement

WGWG 88.3 FM is the Broadcast Service of Gardner – Webb University.  It is the Mission of WGWG to present programming that is entertaining, educational, and inspirational. 

 

With this mission in mind, WGWG seeks to…

(1)  Entertain the public by presenting a varity of music, the arts and ideas.

(2)  Inform listeners of significant issues facing society, through news and educational programming.

(3)  Serve our broadcast area by partnering with community groups and other non-profit organizations.

(4)  Promote, enhance and represent Gardner-Webb University by maintaining a positive reputation among the public and broadcast professionals.

(5)  Support the Christian principles of Gardner-Webb University.
