Self-help brochures
Brochures on a number of important topics for students are available at the Gardner-Webb Counseling Center located in Washburn Hall (behind the Boiling Springs Post Office).  Ask your counselor for brochures on specific topics.

Web-sites
Web-sites with self-help information are numerous.  Remember that anyone can post information on the web, so always try to verify the accuracy of what you read by consulting other independent and reliable sources.
