Ring Protection Plan

All Jostens college rings are insured against loss or theft.  This is a standard feature and is available to you at no additional cost.  Simply notify us in writing within 60 days of loss or theft, and for a standard deductible, we will replace your original ring.  This insurance is in effect for four years from the date of purchase.  This insurance excludes Championship and Military Academy rings, diamonds and precious stones.  

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Jostens goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction.l  During the lifetime of the ring, Jostens will perform the following services free of charge: resizing rings, changing the degree or graduation year, and replacing or repairing any defect in material or workmanship in either a simulated stone or the ring.  This warranty is valied only for the original owner and is not transferrable.

Regalia:

Graduating students should order their regalia (cap, gown, hood, tassel) and/or announcements directly from Jostens. Follow the instructions at www.shop.jostens.com or call 1-800-854-7464.(link to www.jostens.com)

Please remember to order your regalia early as to allow for delivery before graduation.  Once you receive your regalia please open the package and verify the size of the gown and color of the hood.  This will alleviate possible mishaps on graduation day.
