A: Your meal cycle begins on Sunday morning and ends Saturday night.
A: No. The bonus dollars are a part of your meal plan and therefore must be used before the semester ends.
A: Yes. The flex dollars transfer from semester to semester and year to year.
A: Unless you are a Freshman required to purchase the Value Plan, you have until August 27 to make any changes to your plan. After the 27th you can only increase the size of your meal plan.
A: No. Your meal plan is for you only. You may purchase a meal for your friend using your Bonus Dollars.
A: Your meal card identifies you as the owner of the meal plan and must be shown every time you eat a meal. Because of the different meal plans and the fact that some students are not meal plan owners, our cashier can only be sure of accurate accountability by processing each card. This step protects you, a paying customer, with the lowest possible price.
A: If you lose your card, you must purchase a new one from University Police.
