GWU Football Games To Be Broadcast on Television

Although Gardner-Webb fans may not be able to attend every football game on the Runnin’ Bulldogs’ schedule, they don’t have to miss a second of the action. This fall, several GWU games will be shown on ESPN3, Stadium, and regional television stations.

The games that will be broadcast are:

• Sept. 9 at Wyoming, AT&T Sports Net (Formerly Root Sports) at 4 p.m. (EST)
• Sept. 16 vs. Western Carolina, WMYA 40 (Asheville/Greenville/Spartanburg) – 6 p.m.
• Oct. 21 at Kennesaw State, ESPN3/WatchESPN – 7 p.m.
• Oct. 28 vs. Liberty, Stadium Network (WMYV/Triad; WACH/Columbia; WSET/Roanoke) – Noon
• Nov. 4 vs. Charleston Southern, Princeton Media Group – 1:30 p.m.
• Nov. 11 at Monmouth, Stadium Network (WMYV/Triad; WACH/Columbia) – Noon

ESPN3 is ESPN’s live multi-screen sports network, a destination that delivers thousands of exclusive sports events annually. It is accessible on computers, smartphones, tablets and connected devices through the ESPN App at no cost to fans who subscribe to an affiliated service provider. In addition, it is free for U.S. college students.

Stadium will offer its Big South football productions to its Sinclair Broadcasting stations solely located in the conference's footprint of Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina, as well as New Jersey and Georgia. Sinclair's broadcast stations will either carry the games as part of the primary program lineup (generally on the Company’s CW and MyNet affiliates) or as part of second channels (sub-channels of the primary station's signal).
