The 2023-2024 Cost of Attendance table below is used to determine eligibility for all financial aid funding. These amounts reflect reasonable estimated costs for a full-time, online, undergraduate student for fall and spring terms (GOAL/DCP). The Cost of Attendance is an estimate of those educational expenses as determined by the Department of Education regulations for enrollment at Gardner-Webb. Each method of learning and GWU program has its own Cost of Attendance.

For the individual components listed below, tuition and fees are direct costs billed by Gardner-Webb. Other indirect costs are not billed by Gardner-Webb and are calculated and reflected below by using AAA and local rent data.

Such exceptions or adjustments, known as Special Circumstances or Professional Judgment, are considered on a case-by-case basis based on supporting documentation of your circumstances.
