OctoberfestBOILING SPRINGS, N.C. — Calling all kids!  The community is invited to attend Octoberfest 2011 at Gardner-Webb University, a free fall festival that offers fun for the whole family, on Thursday, Oct. 27 from 6:30-8:30pm at Gardner-Webb’s Lutz-Yelton Convocation Center (LYCC).

Octoberfest features games, crafts, prizes, and, of course, candy for children of all ages to enjoy.  Gardner-Webb students, faculty and staff also dress in costumes and sponsor family-friendly booths with a variety of activities.  Community members are encouraged to wear creative costumes, leave their inhibitions at the door, and enjoy a celebration of the fall season together with the Gardner-Webb family.
