BOILING SPRINGS, N.C.—Student-Athletes at Gardner-Webb University will share a night of encouragement and testimonies at Fields of Faith hosted by Gardner-Webb’s Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). This event will take place on Oct. 11 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in Stewart Hall in Tucker Student Center on the main campus. It is free and open to all GWU students and the community.

Fields of Faith, held annually at schools across the nation, is structured as a student-to-student ministry. Peers invite their own classmates and teammates to meet at their school to hear fellow students’ testimonies, challenge them to read the Bible and come to faith in Jesus Christ.

“I first got involved with FCA in middle school and have always wanted to use sports to share the gospel,” stated Josh Walston, president of Gardner-Webb’s FCA. “I encourage all student athletes to find a way to use your talent for God’s glory.”
