Reunions to the Summer Forum
A reunion event was held every fall for students from the previous year’s Forum. Worship, sessions on how to lead Bible studies, and discussions on the challenges of pursuing the call to ministry allowed students to reflect on what they learned at the Forum. Ministry scenarios discussed in small groups assisted students in practical ministry application. Every spring, students who were part of the mission trips were invited to a reunion. Before the fourth mission trip, students from the three previous trips participated in the reunion and helped prepare the fourth team for their ministry. These reunions provided opportunities for mentoring and training as well as fellowship and mission updates.
Some reunions were held in conjunction with Ministry Summits, allowing Forum participants the opportunity to bring students from their youth group to participate in the general sessions on the exploration of ministry.
