GOAL - Greater Opportunities for Adult Learners

What is Gardner-Webb's degree completion program?

Gardner Webb University’s GOAL program (Greater Opportunities for Adult Learners) is an undergraduate degree completion program where traditional undergraduate classes are offered at a more convienient time and location for working adults.

GOAL has been educating adults since 1978. With full accreditation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, small classes, and caring instructors, you will achieve your Bachelor of Science Degree in a Christian environment.

Our program offers 8 majors and all classes are offered in the evening or on weekends at specific locations. Classes take place at one of our 16 different locations with the option of online courses in some subject areas. Students are welcome to take classes at multiple GOAL locations.

Important features of the GOAL program include: on-call admission counselors, personal academic advisors, a GOAL librarian, and small class sizes.

If you have a minimum of sixty transferable academic hours from an accredited college you are now ready to “finish what you started”. With the necessary pre-requisites, you can complete your degree in just two years.

Financial Aid is always available. We also honor employee pay.
