• RN to BSN Completion Students at all campuses must submit completed immunization forms and State Criminal Background Checks as part of the admission process.  Please contact the Admissions & Enrollment Coordinator for BSN for more information. 

2. Send Us Your Transcripts

• Request sealed, official transcripts from each school you have attended.  Upon receipt of all transcripts, students will be contacted by their assigned Admission's Counselor as to the status of their admission and for class registration
