The Help Desk is designed to provide GWU students, staff, and faculty access to technology professionals for systems support, network access troubleshooting, password assignments, hardware/software procurement, and hardware/software installation. It is our goal to provide "live" support as often as possible. However, there are times when support personnel are busy helping other customers or are out on support calls. During this time, callers are given the option to leave a message which should generate a timely response from our support technicians.
