SWITZERLAND, GERMANY, AND FRANCE
Day 1 Flight to Zurich, Switzerland. Day 2 (Zurich, Lucerne, Hergiswil, Engelberg) Transfer by private bus from the Zurich airport to Engelberg. Stop over in Lucerne for some free time and lunch (at your own expense). Guided tour of the Hergiswil glass factory in Hergiswili in the afternoon. Procede to the Hotel Europe in Engelberg. Welcome reception and dinner at the Hotel Europe. Day 3 (Engelberg) All breakfasts are at the individual hotels. Lectures during the day. Guest lecture on "History, Culture, Customs and Traditions of Switzerland." Dinner at Hotel Europe. Day 4 (Lucerne-Freiberg-Strasbourg) Transfers by private bus during the day. Free time in Lucerne in the morning. Visit the Pfizer Corporation near Freiburg, Germany. Free time in Freiberg, Continue on to the Chateau Pourtales in Strasbourg, France. Dinner at the Chateau's Winstub "Le Jardin du Pourtales" Day 5 (Strasbourg) Lecture on "American and European Business Ethics." Transfer by private bus to the city center of Strasbourg and return. Boat tour on the river Ill to learn more about Strasbourg. Free time in Strasbourg.> Day 6 (Alsace) Guided tour of the Haut-Konigsberg in the morning. Visit the former concentration camp Struthof in the afternoon. Tarte Flambee dinner at an Alsatian restaurant. Day 7 (Strasbourg-Paris) Visit the Steelcase Corporation in the morning. Travel by train to Paris (2 hours). Transfer by private bus to the Paris hotel. Public transportation pass for Paris during the entire stay. Visit Sacré Coeur Church to watch Paris light up at night. Day 8 (Paris) Guided walking/metro tour of Paris hihglights. Day 9 (Paris) Enjoy the "City of Light!" Day 10 Transfer by private bus to Paris airport for the return flight to Charlotte.
