New Prospect is a small, traditional, rural church located at 1960 New Prospect Church Road, Shelby, NC 28150. That is about half way between Fallston and Waco in north-east Cleveland County. Currently we are searching for a music director.It is a part-time position. The one filling the position must be willing to be with us for Sunday morning worship services, Sunday evening Worship, Wednesday evening prayer meetings followed by adult choir practice and maybe work with the children for about 30 minutes of the evening worship service time. The minister of music is automatically a member of our church council which meets once a quarter following a Sunday evening service to plan, update and evaluate the church calendar.
