Registration Information

HOW TO APPLY FOR GRADUATION

1.     Student must be registered for your final semester before submitting the graduation application

2.     Student should contact the academic advisor to get a “Graduation Application Coversheet” or follow instructions to access the application, and complete the required information.

The Graduation Application Coversheet is available for Faculty or Students:

·            Logon to MyWebb, click on your Student tab (Faculty tab for Faculty and Staff)

·            Click on the words "Click here to..." under Academic Services

·            Click on "Student & Financial Aid"

·            Click on "Student Records"

·            Click on "Graduation Application Coversheet." Print out the coversheet.

·            Go back and click on "Degree Evaluation." Follow the prompts to generate a Degree Evaluation and print out the “Detail Requirements”.

·            Fill out the coversheet and Sign it. Attach the Degree Evaluation (use Detail Requirements). 

·            Submit both to the Graduate School of Business or Fax it: 704-406-2261 by the deadline listed on the Registrar Office website.

·            We will obtain the required signatures.

3.     Cap and Gown information is also available at the Registrar Office Website

4.     Finally, once you have completed step 1 to 3, make sure to check that your name is listed on the Graduating Students Lists posted at the Registrar Office Website
