Dr. Charles Moore

Dr. Moore is originally from Bristol, Tennessee. He is a specialist in Colonial Spanish American Literature and Literature of the Spanish Golden Age. He has published articles on Cervantes, Lope de Vega, Ercilla, Espinosa Medrano, Somers, and contemporary feminism in journals in the United States, Spain, and Spanish America. Dr. Moore has also published a book on Juan de Espinosa Medrano’s Art of Preaching in La novena maravilla. During summers he serves as an Escort-Interpreter for Hispanic guests of the US State Department’s Visitors Program.
