Welcome to the Gardner-Webb School of Physician Assistant Studies
Mrs. Pat Graham
This is a very exciting time in PA Education and Gardner-Webb’s School of Physician Assistant Studies. Our faculty and staff have spent considerable time preparing a Christ-Centered program aimed at closing the gap between patient demand and access to care. Pending accreditation – provisional, our students will spend 16 months in didactic (classroom, small groups, and lab) followed by 12 month of clinical rotations.
As the Program Coordinator I am the link between you and the admissions process.
To learn more about our application process, click on one of this link (application requirements) or contact graduate admissions at (local) 704-406-4723, (toll free) 877-498-4723, or e-mail email@example.com.
Note: Gardner-Webb’s PA program does not grant advanced placement under any circumstances. Students who matriculate into the Physician Assistant program must complete all program requirements.
Gardner-Webb University’s Physician Assistant Program has applied for provisional accreditation from the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA). Gardner-Webb anticipates matriculating its first class in January 2014, pending provisional accreditation in September 2013. Provisional accreditation is an accreditation status for a new PA program that has not yet enrolled students, but at the time of its comprehensive accreditation review, has demonstrated its preparedness to initiate a program in accordance with the accreditation Standards.
