Adjunct management professor at eight universities and a full-time faculty member of Gardner-Webb University Godbold School of Business since 2004, teaching primarily graduate management  and law courses: Managerial Economics, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Staffing, HR Management, Labor Relations, Strategic Management and Hospitality and Tourism Law; also undergraduate Microeconomics, Business Policy and Managing Human Resources.


Owner, CEO, COO, CFO of public and private enterprises for 45+ years. Significant senior operating and financial executive experience in major oil, major commercial banking, major multi-unit conglomerate, and small to mid-size computer services, multi-unit retail, and manufacturing and consulting businesses. Active management consultant to businesses and local governments/not-for-profits in IT and general business issues---especially in turn-around situations.
