How to Apply for Graduation


**You must be registered for your final semester before submitting your application**

  1. Logon to myWebb, click on your Student tab (Faculty tab for Faculty and Staff)
  2. Click on the words "Click here to..." under Academic Services
  3. Click on "Student & Financial Aid"
  4. Click on "Student Records"
  5. Click on "Graduation Application Coversheet." Print out the coversheet.
  6. Go back and click on "Degree Evaluation." Follow the prompts to generate a Degree Evaluation and print out the Detail Requirements.
  7. Fill out the coversheet. Obtain the required signatures. Attach the Degree Evaluation (Detail Requirements) and submit both to the Registrar's office by the deadline listed below.

Deadlines for Graduation Applications for all programs:
(Graduation fee: $125.00)

Completing all course work by Dec., 2009?
Application for graduation due Jul. 27, 2009.
$50 late fee applies from Jul. 29 - Oct. 15, 2009.
Fee will be applied to account.  Please submit early if possible

Completing all course work by May, 2010?
Application for graduation due Nov. 30, 2009.
$50 late fee applies from Dec. 1, 2009 - March 22, 2010.
Fee will be applied to account.  Please submit early if possible.

Completing all course work by Aug., 2010?
Application for graduation due: April 26, 2010.
$50 late fee applies from April 27 - June 15, 2010 (all programs). Fee will be applied to account.  Please submit early if possible.
