Cancellations

Cancelling a schedule for any given semester/term may be requested by a student up to the time classes begin.  Please refer to the Academic Calendar for corresponding dates for the semester/term.  Cancelling your schedule does not carry any academic penalities for the student.  It is treated as if the student never attended therefore the academic transcript will not reflect any academic hours or grades.  For those students needing student account (bill) information please contact Becky Toney in the Business Office by email: rtoney@gardner-webb.edu or by phone 704-406-3564.

To Cancel Completely for the Current Semester/Term:

• Email:  registrar@gardner-webb.edu
• Full Name
• Student ID number or Social Security number (required)
• Indicate the semester/term you wish to cancel
• Give a brief reason
