Gardner-Webb University Retirement Plan Gardner-Webb offers a very attrtactive retirement plan. Employees may choose either TIAA-CREF or Guidestone Financial as the administrator of their plan. After selecting investment options that reflect a comfort level with different amounts of risk, and an the appropriate amount of salary reduction (pre-tax), employees are ready to watch their retirement account grow. After completing one year of employment, employees are eligible to receive matching funds of 8% of their salary by contributing at least 4% of their own salary.
