The Department of Human resources recognizes that every faculty and staff member, regardless of position, plays an important role in the welfare of the students and the reputation of the institution as a whole. It is our mission to ensure that the university's most valuable resources have programs and policies at their disposal that would benefit and enable them to continue the outstanding work they contribute.
